I have used Tilton's for over 5 years to take care of my business fleet of vehicles, as well as my family's personal vehicles. They are always courteous, professional, and considerate of my needs. Tilton's provides, not only a diagnosis and repair of the problem your vehicle is having, but through proper service maintenance, identify potential problems that need to be repaired before the problem goes from potential to reality. This is imperative for me and my business! It is extremely comforting to me to know that my auto repair shop is looking out for my best interests as much as I am. I highly recommend for both personal and business vehicle service. Great ownership and quality mechanics!

The service is great, the guys are very good at what they do, I will definitely continue to get my car serviced at here at Tiltons. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because both times I had my car serviced there the communication was somewhat lost as far as there loaner vehicles, but besides that there awesome ??

I used the online appointment scheduling feature and brought the vehicle in for service as agreed. The service was done in a timely manner and the repair was done properly. I was quite taken aback when I saw the bill. I paid without complaint and went about my business. The few parts that were used were about three times above the normal retail for quality replacement parts. The labor rate based upon the time the car was in the shop was easily $100 an hour. I found the cost of this repair to be quite a bit more than I would have expected. Perhaps this was offset by the fast turnaround time so I didn't complain. However, this will certainly be a consideration should I decide to use this provider in the future.

Used the Dealership as my go-to repair place. They started off great then over time something would mysteriously break in the same area they were "repairing." Tilton's is the EXACT OPPOSITE. They even tried to take the blame for a problem that I Caused. I literally had to convince Andy not to scold his crew for the problem I Caused. Working on another issue... The exhaust problem on my truck could have been "sold" to me as a need to replace the entire pipe / muffler / etc, but was handled by putting a "sleeve" over the problem (y'know... the way we used to ductape soda cans over the hole back in high school) I'd hate to think what the dealership would have charged/broken for THAT.

Poor service

My engine was taken apart and tiltons had possession of vehicle for a total of 8 months I paid 500 dollars just to have the vehicle towed and the top half of my engine sitting in the back seat....... just a huge grease pit sitting in my back seat, it's up to you that's my experience with this auto shop

Unfortunately I hit something in the road. My fuel line was ruptured and I got a temporary fix and went to Tilton's when I got home. They were able to repair the leak, replace the filter and I got the car back the next day.
